Michael Forbes and Lisa Marshall were excellent agents to work with. We sold a home and bought a home during an unprecedented time in our world and they guided us through things that nobody had ever experienced before. They understood that we were inexperienced and helped us to understand everything that we were diving into. They never tried to push us or tell us what to do but explained all the options and then let us make our own decisions. They are excellent communicators, very warm and friendly. Lisa made it her mission to find us a home in a market where the homes we were looking at were selling on the first day in multiple bid situations. She can absolutely get the job done. Micheal will call anyone to find out anything....City Hall? Yep. Irrigation company? Yep. Builder? Yep. And he calls you back on time too. They worked with us and our needs. They found solutions when things went sideways. Our kids enjoyed being around both of them. We found the house we wanted and they helped us make it happen. This was an interesting journey and we couldn't have done it without either of them. I don't plan to move house again but if I did I'd sure want them along with me.
