It’s an odd thing to say but real estate is not our business. People are our business. Trust is our business. Our purpose, is to guide and care for you as you enter the sometimes complicated world of real estate, be honest at all times and put your needs and interests first.  And it will always be our duty to give back to our community in ways that are meaningful and lasting.

Michael Forbes

Michael was born in Victoria and raised on the Westshore, growing up in Colwood. In fact, his great-great-great grandfather John Braden came here from Liverpool in the 1880’s making Michael a sixth generation Victorian. His DNA is woven into the fabric of this city and when he left radio, he couldn’t think of any place he’d rather be. His radio career put him in a position to be involved heavily in our community and that commitment continues. He’s still in high demand as an MC for various charitable events which he does just to give back to a hometown that’s given him so much. Michael serves on the Board of Directors of Kaleidoscope Theatre and has coached soccer for many years. His career as a broadcaster has sharpened his skills in social media, public relations, sales and communication. All things that are vital to the success of your next real estate adventure.

Lisa Marshall

Lisa was born and raised in Regina and started on a path to a radio career by creating a show which was “broadcast” during lunch hours on her high school PA system. Her passion and talent led to her to become a trailblazer as she was the first woman ever to be hired for on air position during CKRM Regina’s 50 year history. She and Michael met at that station and the rest they say is history. Her radio career including Ocean 985 in Victoria, spanned almost 30 years. Her love of people and the desire to continue to be partnered with her husband, made real estate a perfect fit. Her passions include raising her boys, yoga and her guilty pleasure are those Real Housewives Shows! Her years in radio have prepared her well for real estate, equipping her with a pleasant caring personality and skills as an excellent communicator. Lisa is ready to serve you.
